We limit our emails to information about your lease, the property, confirmations and communications related to service requests, but we also keep you updated in the event of severe weather and other helpful information about caring for the home.
We mostly use text messages to confirm maintenance service appointments, but we also use them to communicate more urgent information as well, like checking in following a potential severe weather event.
