IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RENT ASSISTANCE
Progress Residential is committed to helping our residents stay in their homes.
To date, Progress has…
- Helped thousands of residents secure more than $111 million in rental assistance and other forms of financial assistance.
- Provided over 47,000 payment plans to residents facing financial challenges.
- Created a dedicated team focused on assisting residents with securing rental assistance funds.
- Declined to report adverse payment history to credit bureaus.
- Partnered with Esusu to provide positive rent reporting to credit bureaus to help residents build their credit and improve their financial wellness.
If you’re falling behind on your rent payments due to the pandemic, we’re here to help. There are numerous federal, state, local, and third-party programs available that can provide financial assistance and additional support to you. These programs have already helped more than 2,000 Progress households.
We’ve compiled a list of many of those resources on this page and do our best to keep it updated regularly. While we’re unable determine whether you’ll qualify for any of the programs, we strongly encourage you to apply and we want to help you stay current on your rent.
Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to discuss payment options. Again, in this time of uncertainty, we are here to help you stay in your Progress home.
Please note: This is not a complete list and Progress Residential does not endorse these organizations. Programs may be subject to change at any time without notice. There may also be local resources available to you that are not listed here. For questions regarding these programs, please contact the specific organization directly.
