Homeownership Support for Law Enforcement

Progress has partnered with Silverton Mortgage to support Atlanta law enforcement officers participating in our Workforce Housing Program as they explore a path to homeownership. Through free educational workshops, one-on-one lending guidance, and potential down payment assistance, the pilot provides practical tools and support for families preparing for their next chapter.

Putting Residents First

Our Commitment to Community

Creating stronger communities means investing in both people and places. We partner with local organizations to support housing stability, provide workforce housing for law enforcement officers, and invest in the neighborhoods we serve through physical stewardship and ongoing improvements to the homes we manage.
