Touring a Progress Home

At Progress, we make finding your next home easy. Our free, self-guided tours give you the ability to view a home on your schedule. You can explore move-in ready homes any day of the week during operating hours. This page walks you through the process, so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 1 - Find the Homes You Want to Tour

Start by browsing our available Homes For Rent. Once you’ve found a home you’d like to see, continue to schedule your tour. 

Step 2 - Schedule Your Tour

You've found an amazing home! Here is how to schedule a tour. 

 

  1. Click the Self Tour button located at the bottom of the home listing you want to tour. 
  2. Create an account or sign in if you've already registered with RentProgress.com. 
  3. Verify your identify.  It's quick and secure.  You'll need your government-issued ID. 
  4. Choose the date and time that works best for you.  Tours are available daily between 7am – 8pm.  (availability subject to change) 

 

You’ll receive a text from our virtual support assistant, Chloe, confirming your chosen date and time along with a link to begin your tour once you’ve arrived at the home. She will even send you a reminder as your tour start time approaches and follow up with you after your tour!  

 

You can view, start, or reschedule your tours at MyTours.rentprogress.com. 

Step 3 - Tour the Home

Arriving at the Home

To begin, click the link we texted you. You’ll see simple steps to confirm you are at the right home. If you need help getting to the home, you’ll find a ‘directions’ button after you click the link.

 

Unlocking the door

An access code will appear on your screen.  Use the buttons on the smart lock to enter the code.  The lock will unlock for 30 seconds.  If you experience an issue accessing the home, follow the on-screen prompts to contact support.

 

Touring the home

Take your time exploring the home!  We’ve included several signs to point out features of the home and the benefits of renting with Progress.

 

Locking Up

When you’ve finished touring, exit through the front door.  Close the door securely and press the “lock” button on the smart lock.  

After Your Tour

After the tour you’ll receive a quick survey to let us know about your home tour experience and what you thought of the house.
