The SFR Awards, presented during the IMN West SFR Forum, highlight standout contributions across the single-family rental sector, including leadership, innovation, operational excellence and community impact.
Neto earned this recognition for leading major technology and operational advancements that have helped to reshape Progress Residential’s leasing and renewal experience. His work has helped to strengthen performance, streamline processes and elevate the resident experience.
